RECENT ARBITRATION AWARDS

I have just received two arbitration awards;

1. Preliminary issues regarding the CN Pension "dispute" and,

2. Issue of time limits - GO-105.

I am presently reviewing both cases for purposes of posting. I expect to have this completed today or early tomorrow.
